The Royal Albert Hall Comes to Bromley


It was a light-hearted afternoon as three young musicians, playing tuba, trumpet and guitar, led us through the history of RAH by means of a beautifully illustrated booklet. Famous guest artists through the years, along with their songs, were featured in the booklet and sung. Around fifty people came to listen, including a couple who were invited from the park. 

The afternoon came about through an initiative from the RAH to send musicians to visit community groups who are unlikely to travel into The Royal Albert Hall. The concerts give a flavour of the diverse styles of programmes the RAH has to offer. Read more
