Children of the World Celebrate Christmas

Bromley Temple’s 2017 Carol Service led by the young people was entitled “Children of the World”

The children took the congregation on a journey around the world looking at different Christmas traditions and cultures.  Several children in the corps are from different parts of the world and each gave an insight to Christmas in their country. Countries visited were Kenya, Poland, China, Australia, USA, Nigeria and Ukraine.

The YP Band played several pieces including: “Christmas Mambo” and “To Bethlehem”. The Singing Company sang several pieces amongst them: “It Isn’t Vey Comfy on a Camel” and “Shepherd's Song”.  The Primary formed a tableau to conclude.

Everyone present was asked to join hands and give the gift of love and hope everywhere around the world.
